The
Rebuilding Program
Roka's rebuilding program is headed by Rolf Stein, president and owner of
Roka Incorporated. Rolf brings to the rebuilding program, 25 years
of Injection Molding Machine experience, backed with his electronic education,
Industrial Millwright, Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience. Also on
the team is atop of the line programmer Chris Lewis, of Industrial Automation
and Controls for the PLC installation where applicable. Other members
of the team include experienced technicians, in the area of hydraulics, pneumatics
and mechanical.
Costs:
The cost of rebuilding depends on the type of machine. There is
a base price and the cost of parts are quoted separately. The cost
of Parts can vary depending on what can be rebuilt and what must be
replaced.
The Process:
- The machines are delivered to Roka's facility. They are inspected
and quoted.
- The machines are disassembled and inspected where a very extensive
quote is generated (approx. 1 week).
- The quote is given to the client for approval.
- Upon approval the reassemble process begins, approximately 16 weeks
from the time of approval.
